Pro Series® resin filled cup wheels offer the best of both worlds, fast stock removal with smooth, chip free grinding. The hybrid design features aggressive diamond segments that are encased in a heavy-duty resin fill. The resin fill provides cushioning that reduces wheel bouncing, vibration, and chatter. The flat, consistent grinding plane eliminates the gouging, chipping, and scratching often associated with segments digging too deeply into materials. The compact body allows users to grind in tight spaces such as small radius corners and sink cut outs. The tool body is precision balanced to further reduce vibration and wheel chatter.
