Our HEPA filters are individually tested before they leave the factory - your assurance that it meets rated efficiency. They are factory scanned to assure that there are no pinhole leaks. Our media is tested to maintain the highest standards and performance, including efficiency, thickness, tensile strength, water repellency, resistance, weight, and binder content.  We use a proprietary static scan test with a challenge aerosol of non-toxic, polyfunctional alcohol that leaves no residue on the media, as well as a PAO test and a laser spectrometer test to ensure maximum efficiency and standards.
