Hi-polish dresses up polished granite making it permanently darker, more lustrous, and completely impervious to water. May be used to equalize color deficiencies and even staining, provided the staining is not much darker than the color change in Hi-polish. Puts a higher gloss on most polished surfaces. Hi-polish is a concentrated silicone process for enhancing the appearance of polished granite for a more lustrous finish and making it impervious to water. Hi-polish is best applied by RUBBING it thoroughly into the polished surface with a heavy cloth, or better, the palm of the hand. DO NOT USE A BRUSH. The quantity used and thoroughness of the rubbing action determine the depth of penetration. Make certain that all areas are well-impregnated. If any Hi-polish should get on steeled or rock surfaces, remove it immediately with Lithco Solvent or naphtha, as it will stain steeled or rock surfaces. The cost of Hi-polish will average five cents a square foot of coverage in larger quantities. Do not use the process on a monument until some experience has been gained from use on a sample or granite scrap.
