Flap Diamond Disc Cup Wheel is an outstanding aluminum backed diamond cup wheel for shaping and polishing granite, marble, engineered stone, quartzite, ceramic, porcelain, and other materials.
The Weha Diamond Flap Discs have been fully tested on Cosentino Dekton, Breton Lapitec, Marble, Granite, Engineered Stone, Quartz materials, Concrete countertops.
They are perfectly balanced with zero vibration. The Weha Flap Diamond Cup Wheels will not create any chipping at all.
The Weha Flap Diamond Cup wheels will very quickly remove the surface polish and leave the stone perfectly flat. These Diamond Flap Disc Cup Wheels will leave 4 different finishes, depending on which grit you choose to use.
The Weha Diamond Flap Discs are packed full of diamonds. As the diamonds wear, the layer of diamonds under the top layer become exposed creating a brand new layer of diamonds for continued shaping and polishing.
The Weha Diamond Flap Cup Wheels come in 4 grits: 60,120, 200, 400 grits.
The Weha Flap Diamond Disc Cup wheels work exceptionally well to achieve a honed finish.
The 4 different grits will produce 4 different finishes; depending on the type of work and hone needing to be done.
The perfectly balanced Weha Flap Diamond Cup Wheels can be used wet or dry.
