Miter Medic is a lightweight, high-density foam board system designed to replace the traditional plywood-and-stone-shim method used in mitered countertop overhangs. Built specifically for modern fabrication shops, Miter Medic streamlines installation, reduces labor, and eliminates unnecessary prep work.

Unlike plywood, Miter Medic arrives pre-cut, smooth, and ready to install — no sanding, painting, sealing, or dry time required. Its lightweight construction makes handling easy for a single installer, while its durable, moisture-resistant material resists warping and weather-related issues commonly associated with wood substrates.

This substrate box includes 24 lightweight, high-density foam substrate sheets engineered to replace plywood in mitered countertop overhangs.
