Farnese Technicut Mono Block Saw, 5 Axis 20hp

The Technicut Mono is a 5 axis, CNC controlled saw that combines the features of the standard Technicut with a rigid and convenient mono block frame. The machine’s support rails and tilting worktable are constructed of high quality steel with a durable galvanized finish. A powerful 20hp, direct drive motor cuts materials smoothly and easily.  The cutting head has the ability to tilt 90 degrees and rotate 360 degrees.  Vacuum manipulators are placed on both sides of the cutting head for quickly moving materials as needed. A center water fed ½” gas spindle allows the operation of a drill or a milling tool in addition to the blade. This gives users the option to program the unit to drill out the corners of internal cutouts. The Technicut’s software is simple and easy to use; operators may also use the machine in fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual mode. The CAD/CAM system supplied with the machine allows any 2D shapes to be produced, the program can include vacuum movements of the material to produce complicated cuts.  The Technicut also features the ability to connect to the internet so the unit may be remotely accessed for troubleshooting or training purposes.
