Metal Bond discs for grinding floors

The first stage of floor restoration is removal of lippage. Since this can only be accomplished by grinding the floor flat with an aggressive metal bond diamond disc, Alpha Professional Tools® introduced a lippage disc designed specifically for this application.

Alpha® Advantage Lippage Discs consist of a group of metal bonded pellets imbedded in a resin compound that contains a sub-abrasive grit on a rigid pad. The resin compound prevents pellet loss and chipping of the stone. The sub-abrasive in the resin compound keeps the metal bonded pellets sharp for consistent performance.

Used wet and hook and loop backed for easy application, the Alpha® Advantage Lippage Discs are long lasting and provide the initial steps that result in a superb finish. Available in 2 grits, 60 & 150, these discs are the best discs for removing lippage and making the floor completely flat. If you do floor restoration, these discs are a must for you.

Resin Bond disc for Honing and Polishing Marble

As the backbone of the Alpha® Advantage System, these resin diamond discs are uniquely designed for optimum polishing results. Alpha Professional Tools® designed this series of grits specifically for marble and terrazzo floor restoration or maintenance.

The marble resin discs utilize a thin needle shaped pattern for best results on marble. These discs work quickly and last long. The marble floor restoration worker will produce consistent results with these discs. Each disc is uniquely designed for long life and ease of operation.

The resin discs are directional, which enhances water flow through the disc to promote removal of slurry. Available in 5 grits, these resin discs prepare your marble or terrazzo floor for the final polishing stage. The Alpha® Advantage Resin Discs For Marble have been proven to work better than other polishing systems for marble or terrazzo and are capable of producing better than factory finishes.

Designed with improved cost performance and quality of polish, these resin discs are unequaled. If you do marble or terrazzo floor restoration or maintenance, the Alpha® Advantage Resin Discs for Marble are made for you.

Resin Bond disc for Honing and Polishing Granite

Alpha® Advantage Resin Discs For Granite are specifically designed for optimum polishing results on granite floors. These resin discs work extremely well on even the most difficult granite floors and provide the best foundation to achieve the high degree of polish that is most desirable.

Used properly, these resin discs are capable of equaling or exceeding factory finishes. Granite floor restoration workers love the excellent gloss they achieve through the use of these resin discs on all types of granite, especially on black granites.

The resin discs for granite utilize a thicker needle shaped pattern than the marble discs and require the addition of 60 pounds of weight for best polishing results. The resin discs are directional to promote enhanced water flow through the contact area of the disc to remove slurry.

Designed with improved cost-effectiveness and quality of polish, these resin discs are far superior to other granite polishing systems and can easily produce the factory finish that is so desirable on granite floors. When it comes to granite floor restoration, Alpha® Advantage Resin Discs for Granite are the best.
