Product Manager

3-5 years relevant experience required in industrial related building products, manufacturing and distribution fields.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers who report product quality problems
• Resolve product quality problems with the vendor
• Help customers who need information, assistance or parts to complete machine installations
• Make credit determination in cases of product quality or misuse
• Track customer complaints to identify problematic products
• Work with repair department to identify product weaknesses
• Evaluate vendor plans and prototypes to ensure that technical requirements are met
• Design objective testing programs for products
